Reviews
They only take appointments by phone call and within a very restricted 2 hour timeframe with a phone number that either does not work or is always engaged. Per e-mail I tried to schedule the appointment and asked nicely twice and was not helped either. Call the broken phone was the answer. Also what if I couldn't speak, how would calling have helped? Disappointing scheduling service...
Excellent experience! I was well advised and my budgies received proper care and treatment
I dropped off at that place injured wild pidgeon. They took it free of charge (donations are possible) and gave them the best care they coukd. I'm very grateful that such place exists.

I never thought I'd have to write a review like this. We brought our female parrot to this clinic because we feared she had suffered an electric shock after chewing on a cable. From the outset, we authorized all necessary tests, regardless of the cost, as our animals' well-being is our top priority. We also left her partner, a healthy, two-and-a-half-year-old parrot, at the clinic—solely so he could keep her company during her stay. After about a day and a half, we received a call informing us that the male parrot had died. He had arrived at the clinic perfectly healthy and hadn't left alive. We found the explanations regarding the possible causes of death unclear and insufficient. Therefore, we requested an autopsy to determine what had happened. From that point on, the most disappointing part of our experience began: the communication. The autopsy results weren't communicated to us until about a week later, by phone—of all times, while I was out shopping. We politely requested a written report by email. After that, we heard nothing for approximately two months. When the report finally arrived, it was in a file format that required downloading an additional app to open it. Another month later, we received the bill. The loss of a beloved pet is painful enough as it is. From a veterinary clinic, I would have expected not only expertise but also professional, transparent, and timely communication, as well as greater empathy towards pet owners. Unfortunately, that's precisely what we lacked. I want to emphasize that I cannot comment on the cause of death and do not wish to make any accusations. However, what I can assess is our personal experience with the service. We felt abandoned with our questions, had to wait an unreasonably long time for information, and overall had the impression of very poor organization. For these reasons, I will not entrust my animals to this clinic again and cannot recommend it to other bird owners based on our personal experience.
