Extremely unfriendly and lacking in empathy. Everything is rushed. Nothing is explained, and the man is just trying to get as many injections into the animals as possible. It's unbelievable that a practice like this isn't shut down!

We took our 8-year-old Dachshund/Jack Russell mix there and were fearing the worst. As it turned out, our dog had a slipped disc and couldn't properly control her hind legs. Mr. Koch spoke clearly with us about the treatment's success and the costs. We appreciate his direct approach; he doesn't beat around the bush. It certainly didn't seem like he was only focused on making money. We felt very well cared for at the practice. Everything possible was tried, while always keeping the costs in mind. Now, about two months after the treatment, our dog can do everything she wants again. The treatment and Mr. Koch's advice were fantastic. We are incredibly grateful to the practice and highly recommend it. You're in very good hands there; the vet has years of experience, which is invaluable. We will definitely come back whenever necessary. Many thanks again to the entire team.

I took my very old cat (21.5 years old) to Dr. Koch because his health was extremely poor, and he had suffered his first epileptic seizure five days prior (and a second three days later). For the initial consultation, his temperature was taken, and he was held very tightly, which I found unnecessarily rough. The subsequent euthanasia was also performed much less gently than I'm used to from previous experiences. Immediately after the injection, he had nosebleeds, which was an additional distressing experience. Unfortunately, empathy was completely lacking.
