I originally went to the practice for my neutering certificate. I was so satisfied that I only go to this practice now. Yesterday, I had a problem with one of my two cats. As always, I was able to come in immediately and, also as always, present my cat without a long wait. The practice's prices are absolutely fair, and everyone is incredibly kind and empathetic!

Already on the team with the second generation of dogs, and before that, almost 10 years with two dwarf rabbits. Neutered and dewclaws removed... After the second day, he was already fully fit and hadn't been angry with the doctor either. This is what it looked like after 10 days...

Never again will I go to this veterinary practice!!!! In November, I took my 12-year-old Maine Coon cat to the practice because he had an inflammation in his upper gum. Mr. Joerdicke said it wouldn't be a problem and he could pull the tooth the next day. So, the next morning, I brought my cat in... I received a call at midday saying he wasn't waking up properly and that I should come in the afternoon. I went to the practice in the afternoon, and they explained that they had pulled two teeth, one on top and one on the bottom. Over the weekend, I noticed that my cat's lip was drooping. He looked like he'd had a stroke. To make a long story short, we took the cat to Mr. Joerdicke three times in three weeks, and he said it was just an inflammation. That's all!!!! I then went to another veterinarian, and he immediately told me there was something else going on. I then had to go to a specialist where X-rays were taken, and it was clear that the jaw was broken and that a piece of bone was protruding from the wound. The pain my pet had to endure during that time 😢 I paid Mr. Joedicke €256 and subsequently almost €3000 for further treatments and surgeries. I confronted Mr. Joedicke about this, and he admitted some partial responsibility. He offered to refund the money I had paid him (which I haven't received yet). He looked at the X-rays and emailed me saying there was an infection and that he was off the hook. Who is responsible for this infection? It developed when they broke my cat's jaw and didn't even notice that the bone was already visible through the wound! I will now contact the veterinary association. The practice is cheap, but you get what you pay for. How can anyone be so disrespectful and cowardly and not admit their mistake? I went through hell with my beloved pet. Anyone who loves their animal knows what I mean. His lip will always droop like that, causing him to dribble. It's very uncomfortable for him. That was physical harm to my pet!

Our trusted veterinarian. Sally always feels very comfortable there and isn't afraid, even though she had to stay there once.
