My dog, Maya, is my everything and everytime we come here I feel that she's in great hands! Dr. Lettermeyer(sp?)* and Dr. Zimmer(sp?)* are both very patient and explains everything very well. Because my German is poor, they take the time to explain the issue and treatment in English, which is very helpful! Furthermore, they're patient with my poor German which also speaks highly of their character. The practice is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. From check in to check out, you feel you're in a good place and your four legged friend will be very well taken care of - and they are! Most importantly, my puppy is happy to see both doctors and wags her tail! To me, that means she trusts the doctors and feels safe around them. Our dog received prompt and exceptionally friendly care at this emergency clinic after being bitten by another dog. Everything regarding treatment and aftercare was explained to us, and we felt completely well looked after – from reception to the treating veterinarian. We were there for emergency care on a Sunday, and the price was perfectly reasonable. Furthermore, there is customer parking, and the practice is really nicely and practically designed (separate waiting rooms for dogs and cats, and some partitions between the seating areas in the dog waiting room). We would definitely recommend this practice and would use it again ourselves (although we live quite far away).

I visited the Cologne Animal Health Center at the Flora today (Sunday) with my dog ​​and I'm truly impressed. From the moment we entered the practice, we received an incredibly friendly, warm, and genuine welcome. You immediately feel at home and that both animal and owner are taken seriously. The veterinarian was simply wonderful – highly competent, empathetic, and incredibly loving with my dog. She took her time, made a clear diagnosis, and explained everything to me thoroughly and understandably. No rush, no unanswered questions – I felt completely at ease. The entire practice team also deserves high praise. All the staff members were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. The positive atmosphere in the practice is truly remarkable. Many thanks to the entire team for the excellent care, the warmth, and the professional treatment. You don't experience such loving and competent treatment of animals everywhere. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Cologne Animal Health Center at the Flora and will gladly return anytime! 🐾❤️🐶 Thank you so much for everything!

Well treated and excellently cared for. I've been a regular for what feels like years – since the Nippes days – and Puki 🐶 is always treated with love and professionalism. I'm completely satisfied and there's really nothing to complain about.
