We've been going to Ms. Korter for a very long time. She always answers the phone and tries everything to come by. Which we really appreciate. Keep up the good work :)

Heike has been caring for my horses for 11 years now, and I'm very satisfied. She's always available, and in emergencies, she's calm and reliable. She also always has a good tip ready for questions on various topics. I can highly recommend her and am so glad there's such a dedicated veterinarian like Heike! I've also had several emergencies with my dog, and she's always treated him superbly.

I want to give a clear 5-star rating. Ms. Korter and her team were highly professional and incredibly competent in every situation, the likes of which I have rarely experienced. We saw each other a lot over the past year and a half, and there were never any problems. Scheduling appointments was easy, I was always informed about treatment methods, and I chose the more expensive ones myself—at no point were they pushed on me. The more cost-effective option was always suggested. I cannot agree with the negative comments and would also like to explicitly point out that the prices are the same as at any other veterinarian—namely, according to the German Veterinary Fee Schedule (GoT). I had two different veterinarians for my horse in the same situation and then switched to Ms. Korter, so I know that the costs are identical and not more expensive. You also get a good feeling because you can really ask any question, and they take a lot of time for you. You can always call, and they have been a great help not only to us but also to many other horses at our stable. Thank you

Fantastic, competent veterinarian! She took a lot of time both on the phone and in person and explained everything thoroughly. She was also very patient with my horse. I'm absolutely satisfied and highly recommend her.

I don't usually write reviews, but I'm speechless in this case. Our horse died in January 2020, and we're still receiving payment reminders for a ridiculous partial amount. We've contacted the practice multiple times and never received a reply. The treatment was substandard, and we've only withheld €68 until the matter is resolved. Incredibly unprofessional and not recommended.
