I certainly won't be going back there: Instead of properly examining my critically ill cat, I was given more advice and questions about the best placement of the litter boxes in my apartment. My cat was practically turned over on the examination table like an object, palpated, and listened to with a stethoscope... nothing could be found – so I was asked again what it could be. I then asked for a blood test. After he tried unsuccessfully twice to draw blood (which, according to him, didn't work because my cat's blood was too thick), I was told that I should go to the emergency vet clinic in Essen. There, I wouldn't have to wait four days for the results (until after the weekend and Carnival Monday), but would receive them during my visit. At the emergency clinic, they determined that my cat was so incredibly ill that he unfortunately had to be euthanized that same evening (Rest in peace, dear Miri). In retrospect, I still wonder what I actually spent €64 on with Dr. [Name omitted]. I paid Lison so much?! (for palpation, auscultation, two fruitless blood draws, and a suggestion that something was wrong with my cat: he was losing too much fluid). No other vet has ever charged me so much and helped so little.

This was my first time there with one of my dogs. Pepper has an ear infection. I was greeted politely at reception and shown to an examination room. After a few minutes, Dr. Lison came in with a veterinary assistant. As hoped, the dog was greeted first, then me. I explained the problem, and then the examination was performed. Dr. Lison really explained the condition to me very well. All my additional questions were answered, and the next steps were discussed. The veterinary assistant then explained and demonstrated the correct use of the ear cleaner and medication. In conclusion, I'm very satisfied so far.

We came to the practice with a wild bird [the bird flew in front of our window] I wanted to save it but unfortunately it was too late 😪 the doctor came immediately and looked at the bird and said unfortunately there was nothing more we could do for the little treasure 😪 then I took the little treasure home and buried it in the garden 🕊🙏 The doctor himself and his team are all incredibly friendly and very caring, whether for people or animals, simply a fantastic practice with fantastic people and animals ❤️

Very nice team. Dr. Lison always explains everything in great detail, listens to the dog and its owner, and takes his time. I called because my dog ​​was in a lot of pain, and when I arrived, I was taken straight to the treatment room. One star less because he's a bit more expensive. Otherwise, a very nice vet.
