My Pomeranian, Emily, had extensive dental treatment there today – and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the initial consultation to the aftercare: absolutely competent, compassionate, and of the highest medical standard. I was particularly impressed by the detailed explanations. The teeth were x-rayed before the procedure and discussed together afterward. I was able to be present during the induction of anesthesia and also by Emily's side during the recovery phase. During the recovery phase, there was a phone update and information about how many teeth needed to be removed. The anesthesia monitoring was also first-class – you can immediately tell that they work with a lot of expertise and even more passion.
