Very nice veterinarians. I got an appointment for my dog ​​quickly, and he received excellent care. Dr. Lüps is calm and treats the animal wonderfully. You always hope you don't need a vet, but if you do, I'll go there again.

I wouldn't entrust my animals to any other vet. Dr. Lüps lovingly cared for my mother's sick cat for 12 years and is now doing the same for my cats. He examines thoroughly, gives good advice, has a great sense of humor which he shares, and explains things in a way that's easy to understand. A top-notch practice!!! ❤️

We took our elderly guinea pig to the emergency vet yesterday because she wasn't feeling well. The examination was very thorough, which I hadn't expected at all. Therefore, I can only say that both of them gave me the impression that they really prioritize the animals' health there. Because it was an emergency service, it was probably a bit more expensive than usual. But I was still satisfied and think that you're definitely in good hands there if your animal needs help.

We've been taking our dog Buddy 🐾 to Dr. Lüps for three years now and are consistently impressed with the small animal practice and the entire team. There's no better vet in all of Bad Harzburg, as they truly prioritize the animals' well-being 👍 and not just the money. They're always attentive and provide clear explanations.
