Reviews
I went to the Mistelbach practice with my dog, who has back problems. Angerer, M.D., is a very compassionate and competent chiropractor and worked on my dog's spine for an hour. We'll repeat this a few times a year. The price/performance ratio is also excellent. An extremely kind, caring doctor who certainly enjoys his job! 👍*👍*👍*👍*👍*👍*👍*👍
Unfortunately, I can only give two stars because my partner and I had an appointment with our dog. Regrettably, we couldn't keep it because our dog wasn't feeling well the evening before, but we still wanted to keep the appointment. On the way to the clinic, our dog vomited in the car. We then explained that we couldn't make the appointment. The only response we received was that the appointment would still be charged, which I understand is legitimate. However, we felt it was unfair that the full price was charged instead of a minimal cancellation fee. We can't comment on the service itself, as we didn't receive any treatment. After this experience, we unfortunately won't be going there again.
I took my dog and cat to Dr. Angerer. The calm he exudes not only affected my animals but me as well. It's fascinating how naturally the animals allowed themselves to be treated. My cat only needed one appointment. My dog, due to some accidents in his stray past, will be coming more often. I feel very well and genuinely cared for. My dog is completely stress-free and, I think, just as comfortable :) His mobility has improved, and he's able to stand and sit for longer periods. Before, he would lie down immediately if he stopped. We are very satisfied.
Mr. Angerer is a truly empathetic and very trustworthy person/chiropractor! My dog felt much better after just one therapy session, and the improvement has lasted! Highly recommended!
I have to give stars. Unfortunately, I missed an appointment and, due to my work as a nurse in the hospital, didn't cancel in time. My dog really needs help. No leniency, no compromise; I have to pay the €110 for no service. He seemed a bit annoyed on the phone. He said I should pay the €110, and for the new appointment, he could only charge €75 instead of another €110. I had to fill in for him. That means I get a call at the hospital at 7:30 and have to work 12.5 hours. Sometimes it's quite stressful, and I can't always be on the phone. This vet doesn't see me, so I go to someone else. I can't recommend him. What a waste of money. I care about my Emma, and he doesn't care about her.
