Mag. Lorenz is a very competent and attentive veterinarian who clearly loves animals and sees this profession as a vocation (and not just a way to make money, like some others). He treats his patients with great care. He's also very helpful—which is often a rarity these days. The only downside is that you often have to endure very long waits. If emergencies arise, that's understandable. However, it might sometimes be helpful to inform those who are planning to take appointments later by phone that they can arrive an hour or so later. And that's the only reason he only gives it 4 stars.

One of the few veterinarians I've had the pleasure of meeting who takes his time and approaches every problem as if it were his own. Besides his enormous expertise, he is distinguished by his objective and logical approach. Common sense always takes precedence. This, along with his competent and friendly assistant, gives you the assurance that your pet is in the best hands.

We urgently needed help this summer because of foxtails in our dog's ears, and Dr. Lorenz was able to see us at short notice – thank you so much! In the autumn, we sought further care for our dog due to her progressing arthritis. The doctor and his assistant were always very attentive, took plenty of time, and provided us with expert advice. Thank you again!
