Even though I could not speak German and was new in town, she treated my sick cat and gave good advice and very fair price.

0 STARS I found an injured cat on Sunday, suspected of having been hit by a car. On a whim (because it was Sunday), I called Ms. Endler and got through. She told me she wouldn't treat a cat if the owner couldn't be found because of the costs and that she didn't have the space. What nonsense! She MUST think of the animal in such a situation and MUST help! As a veterinarian, she's obligated to help. She clearly lacks compassion for animals. When I told her she had to help, she said she had a full waiting room and ended the call. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to catch the cat and sent all the information about where it was sighted to the animal welfare organization. So far, without success. When I got home, I called the vet again and explained that she absolutely had to help this cat if someone else brought it in. No discussion about who would pay. Otherwise, the cat would never get the help it needs. I would have paid, that wasn't the issue. She acted completely inappropriately in this situation! She was unreasonable and very unfriendly towards me.

We called today at short notice because our dog was attacked by another dog last night. Today we noticed swollen testicles. Ms. Endler said we could come in and she would take a look. She was incredibly friendly and very approachable. Without beating around the bush, she examined him and explained everything to us. I can highly recommend her to anyone; the price-performance ratio is amazing—very affordable yet extremely competent. Thank you so much again for arranging such a short-notice appointment! 😊

Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this service if you need to say a loving goodbye to your pet. The euthanasia process was completely heartless. Considering the many years you've spent with your pet and the pain you carry, I cannot recommend this woman at all! She was heartless and offered no guidance whatsoever during the euthanasia procedure. The anesthesia didn't take effect in 10 minutes, as she claimed (with the exact words, "I've done this before"), but after only 2 minutes! We wanted our dog to pass away on a soft blanket, not on the cold floor, but this was ignored. Then, the dog's eyes were repeatedly poked to check if the anesthesia was working. During our farewell, which ended up being quicker than expected, the focus was, of course, on the money! HEARTLESS! In the end, she couldn't find the veins for the euthanasia medication (okay, that can happen), and she had to try two different veins, even cutting into the skin! SPEECHLESS! After 17 years, we have lost a loyal companion and friend, and I deeply regret that her soul had to meet its end in this unloving practice. Every living being deserves to die with dignity and love. Ms. Endler did not allow us this. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

We have a problem Bernese Mountain Dog who won't let us vaccinate him. With great empathy and patience, Dr. Endler outsmarted our dog and got him vaccinated. She is very competent, and we highly recommend her. Family Holger Geißler
