Medivet Tierarztpraxis Nürnberg

Despite being regular patients and having paid a fortune at this practice for every little thing, and despite it being an emergency today with a very irritated eye, my French Bulldog was refused an appointment and turned away! (They said I should have an appointment on Monday.) Today was Tuesday!!! Well, I'm off to find a new vet!!! I'm only giving one star because I can't give any more!!!

A very friendly and competent veterinarian. We received excellent advice, and no unnecessary procedures were offered or performed. We experienced virtually no waiting time, and the vet took ample time to investigate all the symptoms. It's clear that the vet genuinely cares about the animals, and our cat was completely relaxed within minutes. The bill was entirely fair and transparent. Highly recommended!

Today I visited the Medivet veterinary clinic to inquire about vaccinations for my cat. As I am a foreigner, my German wasn't very good. Unfortunately, the receptionist was very unfriendly and refused to listen to me, even though I hadn't been in the room for three minutes. Her behavior seemed unprofessional for someone working in customer service. I felt less respected because German isn't my native language.

We took our family cat Baka there (unfortunately, it was a spontaneous visit without an appointment). Despite that, we were seen very quickly. The vet was very good and thorough and explained everything to us perfectly. We would definitely choose this vet again. Next time, we'll make an appointment :)
