After a long search, I finally found incredibly good veterinarians at this practice! Ms. Otto and Ms. Schrammen are especially highly recommended, as they not only understand their field but also guide you through illnesses with empathy, ongoing support (they even called back regularly), and great attention to detail!

We are absolutely thrilled with Medivet Teltow! A huge thank you goes to veterinarians Karolin Carow and Catherina Schrammen, as well as the fantastic reception team, especially Ms. Kuss and Ms. Lahn. It's amazing: No matter how busy it is, you feel right at home. Our dogs Elix and Finya are always recognized by name and greeted with such warmth. We especially appreciate the enormous patience and time they take, whether for routine questions or detailed consultations about neutering and the implant. You're not just rushed through here, but receive honest and expert advice. A big thank you to the entire team: They always try to find a solution, no matter what your issue is. A practice with a true family atmosphere!

We were able to get an appointment today at short notice for a sad occasion. It was a very dignified and loving farewell by the veterinarian, Ms. Otto, and her assistants. We would like to sincerely thank them for their help in such a difficult situation.
