Tiergesundheitszentrum Teltow - Tierärztlicher Notdienst bis 24 Uhr

We took our Yorkie there since 2019. Today he passed away and we brought him here to Tiergesundheitszentrum and they look care of his cremation. Good service and friendly staff. Thank you for your support.

Not cheap, but prompt competent service 24/7.

Very nice place! They helped us at 3 am when our dog was having stomach issues. They even did an endoscopy on site! The veterinarian was also really sweet. If we lived in Teltow we would come there regularly.

I have to start with saying that I do not write public reviews often. In fact, this is only my second review ever. I have a very, very anxious cat of 12 months and I am a very, very anxious person myself. I am a first-time cat owner and I am sometimes a bit overwhelmed when things don't go to plan. I was training my cat to not totally freak out in his transport box for the last three months for an upcoming vaccination refresh. Catching the cat flu ahead of finishing the training was not the plan. He was not ready for this and neither was I. I had already chosen Tiergesundheitszentrum Teltow as my new veterinerian many months ago and had one appointment with them (without cats) just to get to know them. My old veterinarian and I decided to part ways because they were medically great but didn't take the stress of the cat enough into consideration of their decision making of treatment for what I was looking for. I have to admit that I am not the easist client. The two vets at Tiergesundheitszentrum Teltow were absolutely AMAZING. They gave me an appointment same day (something I didn't even expect when I called), they took all the time in the world for my cat to build up some courage to leave his box on his own instead of just ripping him out at his neck. They were super patient with him and also with me. They also explained me all the different treatment options I have in great detail so I could make and educated decission (another thing I dearly missed with my old vat). When I called another time in panic 30 minutes after the appointment because I thought that something was wrong and also because I was hit with some non-recognition agression between my two cats that I did not expect, they were again super kind and patient with me. Like I said, I am not an easy client. I can absolutely recommend them without any hesitation. It seems that a lot of people work there, and I obviously cannot guarantee that all the vets are this great, but the two vets who worked with me as well as their whole support team were absolutely wonderfull. I would give 6 out of 5 possible stars, if I could. :)

I came here for their emergency hours due to my dog swallowing a sock. I felt very well taken care of. The advice I got was really good and the vet (I am certain of) rescued my dogs life! I will be forever grateful to the vet working on Feb 3rd. ❤️
