Today was my first visit to Dr. Berkner's veterinary clinic in Ladeburg. The friendly doctor took his time during the examination, listened attentively, and answered all my questions. The outdoor area is also very well-maintained and perfect for a short dog walk. My little dog enjoyed the peaceful and idyllic stroll. I will definitely go there again next time. There is also parking available. I highly recommend this veterinarian.

I'd rather not even give it a star. We got our cat from the Ladeburg animal shelter. Our cat was neutered by this vet. And the vet personally told him he's fit and doing well. Nothing's wrong! Today he had to have emergency surgery because his fallopian tube was exposed; the neutering wasn't done well. Our cat has had cat flu for days! The vet said, "He's healthy." I'm truly at a loss for words. Our cat is 5 months old and has to go through this already; it's a disgrace.

We were there today with our kitten because she was in pain. She had surgery in the clinic. They didn't perform a proper general examination, but instead explained to us that our kitty needed to settle in and how we should care for her. In the end, the little one had a fever of over 40°C and is sick. We're never going there again, especially because life-threatening situations are completely ignored. The animal shelter should urgently consider hiring a competent veterinarian. If we hadn't wanted to play it safe, the little one would probably have died. Strongly advise against it!!

Too focused on money. Small services must be paid for disproportionately.

We've been taking our cats to veterinarian Berkner for several years now and have always been very satisfied. Just yesterday, we had to take our cat to him because of a bite wound, and he treated it lovingly and professionally. We can definitely recommend this veterinarian.
