Our dog had to die. We had an appointment in September 2019 for another age check with ultrasound examination at the Schönow veterinary practice. This time with Dr. Küchenmeister. He was recommended to us because of his many years of experience. He said everything was tip-top. Our dog collapsed 2 hours after the age check and we went back straight away and he and a doctor at the practice were unable to see that our dog's spleen tumor had just burst. It is so unbelievable but unfortunately TRUE!!! Our beloved dog, companion of many years, family dog ​​and so much more bled miserably internally and died shortly after the emergency operation that was performed too late elsewhere. An apology and reimbursement of all incurred costs will unfortunately not bring our dog back. We are so incredibly sad. I would also like to point out that we have actually always been satisfied so far.
