Both my dogs had skin allergies. Dr Alex took the time to check, administer medicine, clean & explain the causes and symptoms. Both my dogs were not afraid, he was gentle. His rates are also justifiable and not expensive. I am happy that he takes the effort to do a thorough check. He does house visits & speaks English. Overall, satisfied customer.👍
All I can say is WOW! Having moved my 4 indoor cats from Qatar, to the UK and then to Germany, I needed to find a vet who could come to my home and keep their vaccines updated. Alex and his partner were extremely friendly, punctual and had a clear love for animals. They put up with all of my questions on the month leading up to my appointment and replied at all times via WhatsApp to make the process smooth and simple.
