Best veterinary clinic ever visited in Frankfurt. Professional team, very pet friendly, delivery extensive support, taking the time to explain everything in detail, and focussed on solutions. I can highly recommend them, and we will definitely use their services in the future.

I took my cat there who had a neurological issue. After 2.5 months of exams and tests, he had only deteriorated and after one final biopsy the result was that he had cancer. He sadly passed away 2 weeks later. The entire team was very nice, but what bothers me is the idea that we did so many tests and nothing was conclusive for 2.5 months. It was way too late when we found out. For me the worse part is that the team said they did a CT Scan for free (we are already at many thousands of euros spent, so that was a nice gesture) but there was actually no CT scan made which turned out to be the answer to all our questions. When we took him to the oncologist in a different clinic, the vet had to do a CT scan which showed us that the tumor was internal and had been destroying his skull for quite some time. At the end; he was being fed by a tube, was blind and couldn’t even walk. It breaks my heart to know that if the CT Scan had been really done as they said we would have had our answers much earlier and maybe my baby wouldn’t have had to suffer so much. His case turned out to be a very rare saliva gland SCC, which is extremely difficult to diagnose. Only the CT scan would have confirmed the damage the tumor had done internally. If caught earlier we would have never let it go so far… 😔 I am leaving 3 stars because the team was very nice and I know they did the best they could. But the CT scan talk was a failure on their side….

We are incredibly grateful to the entire Tierklinik Kalbach team for the outstanding care they provided to our dog, Nora. From the very first visit, we felt that Nora was in the best possible hands. Every member of the team was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely caring. They always took the time to answer our questions, explain every step of the process, and make us feel supported during a very stressful time. A special thank you to Dr. Brück for her expertise, dedication, and compassionate approach. She guided us through the entire diagnostic and treatment process with great professionalism and care. Nora underwent spinal surgery, and we were amazed by the results. She was already back home the next day, walking and able to urinate on her own. Seeing her recover so quickly has been an incredible relief and a testament to the excellent work of the entire team. What impressed us most was not only the high level of medical expertise, but also the warmth, empathy, and genuine love for animals shown by everyone at the clinic. Took my puppy in because she was pooping blood with an obvious infection. They pushed multiple tests. After spending 600 euro they came back and said she 'MIGHT HAVE INFECTION' and to come in again if she does it again. We paid for overpriced over the counter medication and was sent away after 4 hours waiting. I have never seen my puppy in so much pain after the fact. We took her to a different clinic the next day... spent an hour and a half there for a walk in. They gave her blood tests (which for the them came up with a high white blood cell count) and took stool samples (which was not taken at this clinic) she was prescribed antibiotic and not even two ours later she is playing around. 100 euro. Overall friendly stuff but felt like a money grab.
