Today I took my four guinea pigs to Dr. Feller for their first general check-up. She handled the important information for each animal in a structured manner. The examination itself followed a similarly structured procedure. Unfortunately, teeth filing can only be done with a separate appointment, which is only available at noon. I would need to have this done every four to six weeks, but unfortunately, not with Dr. Feller. Nevertheless, I'm giving it five stars because everything else was great. The treatment costs are billed according to the German Veterinary Association's (DOT) fee schedule. Anyone complaining about the price should check the website of the veterinary association to avoid any misunderstandings.
Very good Vet. My dog visited the vet to have administered a worm tablet which is necessary to enter into the UK. The tablet type, date and time of administration have to be registered on the dogs passport. The tablet has to be administered not more than 120 hours and not less than 24 hours before departure for the UK. The vet was very gentle with my dog who was very anxious.
The receptionist and Dr. Dagmar were very welcoming, we felt very comfortable and they both speak English. Dr. Dagmar has experience with guinea pigs, which makes us feel more confident. We will trust our little animal to them again. 🙂
The service is good but it's really expensive. We went for antigen tests against FCoV and FIV for our cat. The test in itself cost 70 eur, but we ended up paying 250 eur. The costs were laid out in the receipt but it's a bit hard to justify.
Top 👍👍👍👍 The price was great, the doctors were wonderful. My dog passed away and they were very empathetic and took good care of him.
