Came there with a rabbit. First time was nice, they treated an ill animal very well. Second time was a little problem that I wanted to solve before it could get worse, I was 100% sure that everything will be ok. My rabbit just wanted to play with me as usual, and it supposed to be so after our visit. But we will never play again. Think twice before going there, it is 50% chance that you'll lose your pet.

Very friendly, he takes his time with the animals, and his prices aren't expensive at all. Just a reminder.

The staff is incredibly unfriendly and arrogant. You walk in, and there are four women sitting at the counter, all busy with each other. After several minutes, you're finally noticed, seemingly annoyed. No question, no hello. Just an arrogant, condescending stare. When you ask if you can be seen quickly without an appointment, or if an appointment is absolutely necessary, you're simply sent away, startled and irritated. Another time, I brought in a bird that had been hit by a car and was dying. Instead of treating it immediately, they put me and the bird in a corner and made me wait so long that the bird died a painful death – and this was in a clinic with dozens of doctors. Simply inhumane!

Unfriendly staff; if you're not a customer, you're sent away. I get the feeling they don't care about animal welfare! I'll spare you the rest.

I have been there for 7 years. I am very satisfied with them. The vets are very professional and kind. The receptionists are mostly nice and most of them speak English.
