Riedel Ulf Dr. med. vet.

This is our 6th vet as we moved around a lot and we have to say Dr. Ulf and his team are the kindest people we've encountered at any vets. They are very professional and very friendly, kept us feel safe to have them take care of our dog, Max, almost 14 years old. The waiting time is never longer than 10 mins. Recently Max got his teeth cleaned and they did it very well!!! Thank you Dr and the team! We will never move! :-)

I took my beloved pigeon to the practice dr Lara lau the first wouldn’t take me cause they were scared of the bird flu but once in they ignored my request to check the stool sample I had collected. They took an “x-ray” which dr Lara bau did not show me missed the fact that my birds not just had an injured foot but also a wing problem I basically paid 117 € for time wasted off to a more professional vet all thumbs down never again!!!

Dr.Riefel and staffs are kind and nice. They love animals which I can tell immediately. I and my little 2 kitties are so satisfied lol. Not all the time but time to time I have to wait even I had a reservation. *They have a small parking lot in front of vat and street parking lot.

Very attentive and kind staff with possible English communication (important when you are not confident in your German and want to make sure you are doing your best for your Pet). Quite busy, so better to always have a Termin up hand.

He is always caring very well for our water turtle when we have to travel. Organisation of the turtle hotel could be a bit better. But Ms. Umbach is great. I wish the elder lady at the reception would adopt a bit of Ms. Umbachs attitude.
