We went there to unfortunately let our baby girl go due a kidney disease. The entire staff was so so nice, they brought warmth in this extremely difficult time. They took great care of her even when taking her away. I am very grateful for this moment and will always remember it with tenderness.

Had to visit due an emergency with my cat. Despite my anxiety and stress, the staff were extremely calm, patient and understanding. They listened carefully to our explanation of symptoms and situation, then offered the treatment based on that and their recommendation. They explained everything clearly and carefully. It was of course expensive since it was out of hours emergency care, but I am grateful my cat got seen so quickly.

STOP IT with the AI call pick up already! For a clinic that is supposed to be offering emergency assistance, do you think a "Rückruf" is appropriate? And "this call will be recorded and if you don't agree please hang up"?? Is this even GDPR compliant?

Recently we had an accident with our cat on the Christmas Day and since it was an emergency and nothing else was open we had to rush to this place . Seeing our helplessness these doctors looted us . We are new in Frankfurt so had no clue on the prices . They quoted 1000 euros for a stitch and mentioned since it’s holiday . And gave us first aid and charged 250 euros ! After one day we went to another vet and got everything done for 100 euros ! Don’t ever visit this place. Instead of helping people and pets in need they take advantage of their situation and loot them . Horrible horrible experience !!!

The AI usage for calling is super unhelpful, especially there’s no chance to request a direct talk to the staffs. Please really consider to stop using it. It makes asking for an appointment super difficult
