My horse had an emergency leg fracture on Sunday. My vet was on vacation. So I called Schubert, who was very rude, even though I'd used him several times before. "If you want me to put your horse down today, find someone else," he said and hung up. Great. I then managed to reach my regular vet, Dr. Pietsch, who was also on vacation. He came and euthanized my horse. I can highly recommend Dr. Pietsch; you can form your own opinion about Schubert.
