Now I'd also like to write something about Dr. Heyer… We received the terrible news from the veterinary clinic in Duisburg that our beloved dog Zola wouldn't be with us much longer… Since our previous vet didn't make house calls, I contacted Dr. Heyer directly, who had been recommended to us by our neighbor. I explained our situation to her and asked her to be at home with us when the time came. Two weeks later, that terrible day arrived. Dr. Heyer came to our house very quickly (on a Saturday). I must say, in that incredibly difficult time, she took so much time, explained every step to us in detail, and proceeded with great sensitivity, compassion, and calm. ... Zola passed away peacefully 💔… Thank you so much for being there for Zola and us 🙏🏼❤️ AMAZING VETERINARY ❣️

After 17 years, we had to say goodbye to our Pepper, and Dr. Heyer made the worst moment as comfortable as possible. The calm in her voice, the time she took to explain everything in detail, and our Pepper passed away so peacefully. Thank you so much; we will never forget it.

Even though it was a very sad occasion for us to contact Dr. Heyer, we haven't regretted it for a second and would recommend her 100%. She is characterized by her competence, calmness, friendliness, and empathy. The fact that she comes to the home and treats the animal in her own garden is, I think, ideal, especially when the animal is very sick. Otherwise, she also treats the animals in her vehicle. The price/performance ratio is good; there's nothing to complain about there either. She charges very fairly. We're certain that we will call her again whenever our animal is sick; we have our trust in her!
