Fantastic veterinary practice! The entire team provides loving, competent, and patient care for our beloved pets! They always have a listening ear, even on the phone. Five stars! 😙
Top Team!
I called trying to get my cat an appointment, and they hung up on me because I am American. I have been here before so I thought let me try again since I liked it the first time, but I will never be calling or bringing my pet here again. It was completely unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend Americans to come here.
I cannot praise Dr. Nadine Creutz, her esteemed colleague, and the entire team enough! They cared for our foster dog Fabi so lovingly and competently after his emergency surgery—even in their free time—and helped us with every question, so we are incredibly grateful for their extraordinary dedication. Thank you so much!
Our veterinarian took plenty of time for our anxious dog and explained the treatment in detail. It's also great that you can wait in the car with anxious animals and don't have to go into the waiting room.
