Thank you all so much for this sudden and unexpected mower accident that injured our beloved cat Lee. You did everything you could to keep our dear Lee alive, and you succeeded. We are incredibly grateful to you! Warmest regards from Kramsach. YES, you saved my life!
I was there today on urgency matter with my cat, who got infection. We received immediate help, lady that helped us, spoke very good English and she explained the cause of infection. Really grateful, that we went there
We are thrilled, and by "we" I mean our animals too. We switched to this practice two years ago because we no longer felt comfortable with our old vet (at that time it was about our hamster). When the hamster was euthanized, they were very sensitive to my child and me, explained everything about the cremation process, and really tried to explain what else could be done. They listen to you, explain everything you want to know, and take plenty of time, whether in person or on the phone. The neutering of our rabbits and our cat went very well, and they even kept us updated after we were no longer there. We are incredibly grateful to have found such a wonderful vet with a fantastic team. I also have to say that everything is spotlessly clean, and you can buy all kinds of pet food there. Thank you so much!
A charlatan who is only interested in selling his products and has absolutely no regard for animal welfare. My wife and I took our 13-year-old cat to this vet on Saturday. She hadn't eaten for several days. It wasn't easy for us because we already suspected her condition was so bad that she would probably have to be euthanized. The vet saw things differently; he couldn't do anything without a diagnosis, so our already very weak cat had to endure blood tests, a vitamin injection, and an IV drip. Her pulse was 200 (we were afraid she wouldn't survive the procedure). Afterward, he sent us home with hope, plenty of cat food, and €350 lighter. Our cat's condition worsened day by day, and we had to contact our regular vet. She discovered during the blood test that her kidneys were only functioning at 20% and also felt something in her abdomen. With heavy hearts, we had to say goodbye to our beloved cat. Please don't go to this vet, because everything you do with your animals—how you feed them and handle them—is wrong in his eyes. Your pet would be better off somewhere else.
I was actually quite satisfied at first. But I went to the vet today because my cat has only been walking on three paws for the past two days. After five minutes of palpating him, he spent another fifteen minutes desperately trying to sell me food instead of explaining what was wrong with my cat... Now I can go to another vet because I'm no wiser after this visit, except that I now know the food selection...
