We had just arrived on vacation and, after consulting with our vet in Germany, had to take our Golden Retriever to the veterinary clinic immediately because of a recurring hematoma in his ear. Dr. Angerer and the receptionist, Ms. Eberharter, were incredibly friendly and competent. We immediately felt we were in good hands. The treatment was excellent, and Dr. Angerer even found a significantly cheaper but equally effective antibiotic for my dog, instead of the one he had been prescribed in Germany. I was so pleasantly surprised! My one-year-old son was a bit grumpy after the journey home, and we were all given some cookies to take back to our apartment. Just to be on the safe side, we went back for a check-up. Dr. Angerer briefly looked at the situation in the waiting area and wished us a pleasant rest of our vacation. The hematoma was treated very well, my Golden Retriever is doing great again, and our vacation was saved! Thank you so much!
