The people there know what they are doing- and they are very good at it. Sometimes you feel that there are rushing through with you, that’s why only 4 stars!

We've now taken both horses for treatment. The second time was an emergency in the middle of the night. We were immediately welcomed. Everything went absolutely smoothly, including the on-site aftercare, which was very attentive to the horse's well-being. Even if you'd prefer not to stay in the hospital, this is always the clinic you'll come back to if the need arises!

I'm extremely happy here. They finally made the right diagnosis, and my mare had surgery. The operation was a success, and she'll be on stall rest at the clinic for 3.5 weeks since I don't have a lockable stall at home. Her outdoor stall is lovely; she has plenty to look at, and the hay is good. But most of all, I'm impressed by the friendly, service-oriented staff! They were always ready to answer all my questions, really went the extra mile, never seemed annoyed, and were always friendly. I get a call every two days to update me on my mare's condition. I feel very well cared for!

I want to write a positive review today, even though there wasn't a happy ending for our horse. He received intensive medical care and treatment immediately upon arrival on October 20th. All phone calls were always friendly, empathetic, and informative. It quickly became clear that he had atypical myopathy. Everyone was always honest with me. The next morning came the dreaded phone call—there was no hope left. The veterinarian on the phone (we were 200 km away) took an incredible amount of time, was compassionate, and helped me a great deal. She even asked right away if I wanted a halter/tail hair replacement (I probably wouldn't have thought of it in such a challenging situation). The package arrived today, the hair neatly braided, the halter—simply thank you to everyone involved. Even though it hurts incredibly, I know he was lovingly cared for and didn't suffer unnecessarily. Leaving a positive impression under such difficult circumstances isn't easy, but you managed it. Thank you for everything.

We initially brought my Icelandic horse to the clinic for a lameness diagnosis because he wasn't trotting well in front, or rather, he hardly wanted to trot at home. (Well... Mr. Püllen quickly saw that something was wrong with his hind legs as well.) So, the lameness diagnosis turned into an arthroscopy and knee surgery. Not ideal, but... everything went well. I received calls almost daily to check on my horse. All my questions were always answered, and communication was excellent, even by phone. Everyone was friendly, and they made an effort to answer any questions. Even though my Icelandic horse isn't used to being in a stall, he was very well cared for and content under the circumstances. The team is also well-organized for outpatient care at the stable, with quick and efficient cooperation.
