The clinic is excellent, no question. The horses receive optimal care here, and the staff is superb. However, horse owners could be treated with more kindness. A stay at the clinic isn't cheap, and nobody just happens to have a few thousand euros lying around. And that doesn't justify being rude to the owner. As a veterinarian, you should have enough sensitivity not to be unfriendly.
We had our horse treated at this clinic for atrial fibrillation, a chip in the navicular bone, and a fracture in the cannon bone, and we are completely satisfied. The veterinarians are incredibly kind, friendly, and absolutely competent. You feel taken seriously and can rely on the entire team 100%. We were particularly impressed by the loving and horse-friendly way the animals are treated – you can immediately tell that they work with heart and extensive experience. Our horse received excellent care and attention, and we felt well looked after at all times. Many thanks to the entire team – we would recommend this clinic without hesitation! ❤️

My 26-year-old mare, Ruby Star, was admitted with a fetlock bone fracture. An osteosynthesis (fixation with 3 screws) was performed surgically under general anesthesia. We received an update immediately after the surgery and were kept informed daily. The staff was simply top-notch, both professionally and personally! 😍❤️💪🏻 After 12 days, we went home. Ruby received excellent care, impeccable clinical treatment, and was pampered and looked after. I can wholeheartedly recommend this equine clinic to any horse owner.
