A fantastic veterinarian with extensive knowledge and a genuine interest in animals. She explains everything clearly and takes all the time she and the animal need! She's very open and understanding, and incredibly patient. I'm more than satisfied with her! Excellent value for money! Unfortunately, she's always very busy, but scheduling an appointment is still manageable! Only in emergencies do I sometimes have to see someone else.

Ms. Koepchen (and her colleague too!) is incredibly dedicated and genuinely interested in the animals' well-being! She doesn't just think in one direction, but really wants to get to the bottom of the problem. Even with difficult and protracted injuries, she doesn't give up hope and isn't afraid to seek ideas and advice from colleagues to ultimately achieve the best possible outcome for the animal. She is empathetic, understanding, reliable, always available in emergencies, and simply absolutely competent both personally and professionally! All in all, I am extremely satisfied! My mare is also very grateful that she avoided another stay at the clinic! Especially for eye injuries/problems, she is my absolute first choice!!! She definitely deserves more than 5 stars!

Dr. Koepchen is the best veterinarian we've ever had. She has been caring for our horses for 20 years now and has always provided us with optimal help in every situation. Just a few years ago, her tireless dedication, extensive expertise, and experience even saved our horse's life. In emergencies, she is a rock in a storm, always fully attentive to each individual animal and its needs, and when changes are necessary, she always works with the owner to find feasible solutions. I can wholeheartedly recommend her as a veterinarian.
