We took Gina and Twix to the 7 Lives veterinary practice today for their cat check-up. Even on the phone to make the appointment, we were very impressed – they were so warm, friendly, and empathetic. We weren't disappointed at the practice today either. The cats were placed on a special table in the waiting room and given a blanket with Feliway pheromones to calm them down. In the examination room, they were allowed to explore before the procedure began. Everything was relaxed and calm. The staff adapted to each cat's needs. You can tell that the animals are the priority here. We were also pleasantly surprised by the value for money. We can recommend this practice 120%! Both cats passed their check-ups, so we won't be back until next year 😸

Unfortunately, I only got my cat to this wonderful veterinarian too late. Despite this, I can say with complete conviction: she is the best veterinarian in the area and, in fact, the best I have ever met. I have been around cats my whole life and have been to many veterinarians over the years. But here, I experienced a level of expertise, empathy, and dedication that is truly exceptional.
