Today we went for a cat MOT with Gina and Twix at the 7 Leben practice. Even on the phone to make an appointment, we were very positive—so warm, friendly, and empathetic. Today at the practice, we weren't disappointed either. The cats are first given a blanket with Feliway pheromones on a cat parking area (table) in the waiting room to calm them down. In the treatment room, they are then allowed to explore everything before we begin. Everything is relaxed and calm. The staff adapts to the animal. You can see that the animal is the focus here. We were also pleasantly surprised by the value for money. We can recommend the practice 120%! Both passed the MOT, so we won't be back until next year 😸
