Best place to go to get my wormer for the dogs when traveling back to the UK. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a beautiful setting.

Phew, where do I even begin?! 🥹 When searching for a veterinarian, my criteria were: space for new patients; a recommendation from my own family; good to very good reviews from other people who had experience there; the personal interaction with the staff on the phone before treatment; the waiting time at the clinic (with an appointment); the on-site care; the emergency care; etc. For our 4-month-old Bengal kitten, Loki, I came across this practice and called them directly yesterday. A cheerful voice introduced herself as Dr. Taubhorn. I was slightly surprised by the direct contact with the doctor. She answered the call because she was making coffee for her staff and was standing nearby. How wonderful! She's loving towards animals and considerate of her employees 😍 The phone call started perfectly and ended perfectly in person at the end of the examination. The practice offers Dr. Taubhorn's mobile number for emergencies (outside of office hours). I'm a little surprised to hear from the doctor directly. I couldn't feel better about our kitten. Thank you 🙏🏻 Dec 24: After the deworming treatment, vaccination (basic immunization), and neutering, we are still thrilled with Dr. Taubhorn and her team. Love, care, cuddles, and a great feeling for our cat. Everything is perfect; even the "price" of the services, although that should be secondary. Thank you so much! Loki and we feel incredibly comfortable and completely at ease. August 2025: We were able to bring Loki's sister, Noomi, home. Noomi and Loki are from the same litter and true siblings ❤️ We also took Noomi to Dr. Taubhorn for her initial consultation. As always, the entire practice team handled her—she's a bit shy/anxious—wonderfully, kindly, and calmly. In December 2025, we had Noomi neutered. Everything went without a hitch. All the staff at the practice are absolute professionals. We (the cats and we humans) are looking forward to the next time. Thank you for being there! 🙏❣️

Very professional and friendly

We've been taking our chickens to Dr. Taubhorn for about two years. Unfortunately, we have one little worrywart who seems to enjoy being treated by Dr. Taubhorn, even in emergencies. We can only speak positively about the whole team and feel very well cared for there ♥️ Thank you for everything!

Dr. Katja Taubhorn is a very competent and empathetic veterinarian! 🌟 Always ready to listen. The team is great and well-organized. The practice, located on a beautiful farm in Seevetal-Emmelndorf, is clean and comfortable. We've felt very well cared for there with our Maltipoo, Milo, for the past three years!
