The team and the veterinarians are very friendly, approachable, and competent. I have never been treated rudely or unkindly; all my questions were answered, and I felt well cared for. The high prices were indeed true back then. As the owner of a pet, after more than five years with Dr. Gercke and additional experience with other practices, I can say that I am extremely satisfied and have never felt poorly advised by her, whether it concerned treatments, medication, or any other questions.

I've been taking all my cats to Dr. Gercke's veterinary practice for a long time now. I've never had a reason to complain. Sure, the care isn't exactly cheap, but what vet is? Anyone who doesn't want to spend anything on their pet's health should maybe take a good look at themselves. My animals have always been treated competently, gently, and with expertise.

For over 18 years, I've taken my cats to Ms. Gercke. She and her entire team are the best I could imagine for my animals. Whether it's diagnostics, cat boarding, or preventative care, everything has always gone very smoothly. Even when my animals' health became very difficult, Ms. Gercke and her team reacted and acted with great empathy. And that's something money can't buy. Thank you for that! Whether the services are expensive or not, I can't and don't want to judge, because I believe that good service has to be paid for. Keeping pets always involves costs. I find it hard to understand the complaints in the other reviews. I know that if you consistently receive top-notch service for 18 years, then you've done everything right.

I've felt very well cared for at this practice for years. The way they treat the animals is loving and professional. What really impressed me was the request to contact me when my cat was feeling better. I've never heard that from any other vet, and as an owner, it just feels good. The practice is also excellent in its expertise. Highly recommended!

One star is too much. This vet was incredibly rude. Thanks for nothing! That's definitely not what I call competent. You should be ashamed of how you treat your customers!
