Because of Mr. Wallbaum's incompetence, our dog suffered needlessly for hours and died an undignified, agonizing death! The family wasn't even able to say goodbye. This shouldn't have happened! We arrived at the practice in the morning as an emergency case, having made an appointment. Mr. Wallbaum arrived listlessly after us and needed coffee first! Our dog then received two injections with the advice that he would feel better during the day. We were told to come back in two to three days to discuss further treatment. In the afternoon, our dog wasn't any better, and we went back to the practice. This time, Dr. Hellwig was there. She tried very hard to help our dog. When asked if his breathing had been the same that morning, and my daughter and I confirmed that it was, the doctor and two of the staff members present looked at each other in horror and shock. Suddenly, everything happened very quickly; our beloved dog had to be euthanized. We didn't even get a chance to say goodbye properly; it was already over. If Mr. Wallbaum had been as competent as his colleague, our dog most likely wouldn't have had to die such a cruel death. The family could have said their goodbyes, and he could have passed away peacefully. My daughter and I won't get over this traumatic experience anytime soon.

The veterinarian is a fantastic and highly competent specialist. She's not only friendly, but you can immediately tell she has a wealth of knowledge. She took plenty of time to explain everything to me calmly and thoroughly. I'm very happy with her care and the entire team. She's undoubtedly the best vet for my furry friends 😊
