I am came already twice, the first time there was inflammation and fever, the second time the cat had a sore throat due to tartar. The treatment was successful. I like how my cat reacts to the doctor, in my opinion he can come to an agreement with her only by looking into her eyes... The doctor is very attentive to complaints and answers questions thoroughly, speaks excellent English. Really very attentive staff, nice and friendly. There are a lot of positive points.
Very competent and caring Veterinary practice, they have taken very good care of our Scottish Terrier for the last ten years.
This practice is deleting negative reviews—it's ridiculous. Just recently, there were numerous bad reviews here. My review from back then: The staff at the practice were very unfriendly, as was the veterinarian, Mr. Marco Herr, who was only interested in making money. I can confirm and understand the bad reviews for this practice. I will avoid this practice in the future. Since my two other cats weren't listed on the bill, I asked for an correction, and Mr. Herr then demanded an additional €25 on top of the already exorbitant bill.
