Our Scottish Terrier was well looked after.

From scheduling the appointment to treatment and aftercare, we are always very satisfied and have been taking our animals to the clinic for years. The animals are always cared for with great love, and in more serious cases, so are their owners. We highly recommend this small animal clinic.

We are very satisfied with the treatment our dog receives, and the team is truly very friendly, highly competent, and always available. However, I would like to address a negative point. Our daughter completed an extensive internship at the clinic and, according to the team, demonstrated above-average performance. She was advised to apply for an apprenticeship, as she was certain to be accepted. So we did, and we were pleased. Initially, we were told there were other applicants, but she was definitely in the running, and someone would contact us. Well, now it's mid-May, and we haven't heard anything. So I called and spoke to Ms. Rauch, who acted as if she didn't know us, appeared as uninterested as ever, and when I explained that we couldn't understand why no one had contacted us and that our daughter didn't want to wait any longer since she had an apprenticeship offer elsewhere, she stated, completely emotionlessly, that she would look for the application and send it back to us. I should point out that she is responsible for all administrative matters at the company. It is very sad that one can treat loyal customers, great young interns, and in this case, a young person who is applying and happy about the words she heard, but which apparently were worthless.

Many thanks to Dr. Lorenzi! After a very long time and a lot of patience in making my decision, she finally spayed our Entlebucher Mountain Dog. The comprehensive consultation and the patient answers to my many pre-operative questions were very professional. She took my concerns about potential incontinence resulting from the surgery seriously and reassured me. That sealed the decision to have her spayed for medical reasons. The incision on her abdomen is better than perfect and practically invisible after just two weeks. Incredibly well done! Take a look at the photo... Thank you so much!

My dog ​​was bitten on Boxing Day, and this morning the wound looked worrying. We were squeezed in as an emergency during regular office hours. Thank you so much!!! Both the attending veterinarian and the two veterinary assistants were incredibly friendly, considerate, and competent. How they can be so stress-resistant is beyond me: while I was waiting, I witnessed how both assistants calmly, kindly, and thoughtfully handled the flood of calls, informing regular and emergency patients, scheduling appointments when necessary, and otherwise politely directing them, perfectly managing the potential chaos.
