This vet is not recommended. Our little cat wasn't feeling well; she was vomiting, and we suspected she'd nibbled on a plant, so we took her to the vet. She gave her an injection for nausea and told us to keep an eye on her. Unfortunately, she didn't get better; in fact, she got worse. We then went to another vet, who reacted immediately and said the cat had been poisoned. He gave her an injection, but the prognosis was poor. A few hours later, our little one died.

Five stars aren't nearly enough for Irina Rusch! Our family is incredibly grateful to Irina Rusch – she's not only an outstanding veterinarian for horses and dogs, but also a person with an extraordinary heart, understanding, and expertise. Irina possesses something rare: sound veterinary knowledge, an incredibly clear understanding of situations, and an honest, calm manner that both animals and people immediately sense. With every visit, we feel seen, understood, and in the best possible hands. She takes her time, explains things clearly, acts thoughtfully, and brings an impressive sense of confidence to every treatment – whether acute emergencies, chronic conditions, or routine checkups. And most importantly: our animals trust her. They sense her calm and genuine affection. Whether with our dogs or our horses – Irina has always been there reliably, often at short notice, always with heartfelt dedication and a genuine concern for the animal's well-being. Her diagnoses are spot-on, her recommendations well-considered, and her care exceptional. Irina Rusch is the kind of veterinarian you could only dream of: competent, empathetic, honest, and absolutely reliable. We couldn't imagine anyone better by our side. Thank you so much for everything, dear Irina. Our animals and we are in the very best hands with you. 🙏🐴🐶❤️

We brought our cat to the emergency clinic one evening because he had collapsed at home and was dying. Instead of putting the poor animal out of his misery, as the vet had already promised on the phone, they only gave him a pathetic injection for nausea. Not to mention the bill, which was exorbitant even for emergency rates. Unfortunately, we had to take him to our regular vet the next day and have him euthanized. I would absolutely not recommend this clinic to anyone who cares about their pet's well-being!

I went to the vet because one of my guinea pigs was gasping for air and couldn't move. We were there as an emergency, and we had to wait almost 30 minutes before we were seen. She took my guinea pig out of its basket and said coldly to me, "Is it actually still alive?" I found that tasteless for an owner who wanted to know what was going on. Unfortunately, it was already dead, and yet I was charged €105, even though nothing could be done. I find that very tasteless to charge €105 for an animal that was already dead. The vet was very unsympathetic and didn't even say much. I won't go there again.

Ms. Rusch takes care of the free-roaming (ownerless) cats here, which I think is great - a trustworthy veterinarian who practices her profession with heart.
