This place is the best place for you furry animal. The staff is kind and professional. The place is very clean and big. They speak with the animals and try to make them feels safe. They are gentle and you can see they care about animals. I would 100% recommend this place.

My family, including my young children, is heartbroken over the loss of our beloved cat, Paulchen. He was such a loyal friend. He was taken from us because he was poisoned, and the vet didn't take our suspicions seriously. He died in our garden, in agony. If the vet had listened to us and tested him for poisoning, he would certainly still be alive. If you want your pet to survive, you first have to convince the vet and really stand your ground. Otherwise, your pet will likely die too. All the best for your animals.
We took our older son there for his check-up. They treated him very gently. They took plenty of time with him. They were always friendly, and we got an appointment very quickly. We'd love to come back again.
