I have had the pleasure of getting to know Dr. Jahn as an empathetic and competent veterinarian. I am currently treating our small, elderly dog (17 years old) with her due to dementia and a fall from a great height, resulting in spinal problems. Dr. Jahn considers all of an animal's issues and doesn't focus on just one. She truly goes the extra mile to find the cause. She always seeks feedback, is readily available, and appreciates positive reports! She supports my dog in living a fulfilling life in her old age, while simultaneously striving to make living with such an old pet as easy as possible for our family. This is often a challenge at this age and with her sensitivities – for both dog and owner! Her belief that even elderly animals can and deserve a dignified retirement, her tireless support, and her way with my dog impress me greatly. Thank you so much.
For the past 10 years, Dr. Sandra Jahn has cared for our many farm animals (from horses to small animals) and is always competent and empathetic in her handling of them. We've had several emergency situations with our horses, in which Dr. Jahn always took the appropriate measures and was thus able to save our animals (colic, choke, etc.). Most recently, she helped us with our very sick horse, which was to be euthanized on the recommendation of a veterinary clinic in Thuringia. Thanks to Dr. Jahn's holistic medical support (conventional medicine, homeopathy, and her willingness to collaborate with a veterinary naturopath, among others), our horse was able to recover. He's now galloping around the paddock again.
