In my opinion, they are easily reachable by phone, offer quick appointments, and provide excellent and loving care for our little furry and feathered friends. They are very friendly. I've never had to wait long... Prices are also – in my opinion – not excessive, rather quite reasonable... However, we've only had minor issues so far. Therefore, I can't comment on their qualifications for more complicated procedures...
