Fantastic team, outstanding work by Dr. med. vet. Schwede! Our dog had a very complicated fracture in her right front leg. Six months ago, she can walk perfectly again. Thank you so much!

The vet's initial impression was professional, at least as a layperson could tell. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any help. On the contrary... a lot of tests, but no diagnosis. No plausible solution was offered to help our dog. The only thing mentioned repeatedly during the examination was the price. Surely the dog could have been helped sooner; it was a clear case of human error, a complete lack of genuine desire to help the animal. One gets the feeling that the clinic is primarily profit-driven.

Why are limbs always amputated when other solutions exist? What is the real priority here? That's what I'm wondering.

We are disappointed ☹️ The first time, they misdiagnosed a lung problem. We went to two other clinics, and the vets unanimously said it was a heart problem! The second time, the problem was a worm in the paw. The vet said it could only be removed under general anesthesia, despite the fact that the dog is 11 years old and has a heart condition! When we asked about local anesthesia, he said it was impossible and wouldn't work! At another clinic, everything was done in 10 minutes under local anesthesia!

The "veterinarian," Dr. Uta Schütze, refused to examine my Doberman's ears. I have never in my life encountered such an arrogant, unfriendly, and condescending person. I drove half an hour to the clinic specifically for this. Her argument was: "The dog was just on the table. You could have told me about the ears then. He's not going on the table again." When I politely pointed out that other veterinarians also look in my dog's ears when he's not on the table but on the floor, she simply said: "I don't care. I'll do what I want." I noticed from the very beginning that she seemed to have some kind of personal problem with me, because no matter what I said or what I asked for, she seemed fundamentally against me. A veterinarian has a responsibility and should feel obligated and is obligated to help the animals. And she refused to look in my Doberman's ears when I asked her to, even though I drove half an hour there and paid almost €300 just for a single x-ray… My poor Doberman scratched his ears and rubbed his head on the floor and everywhere else for days afterward. He could have been spared all that. I will never set foot in that clinic again, and I strongly advise everyone against going to Dr. Uta Schütze.
