The first impression of the doctor was professional, which is something a layperson can judge. Unfortunately, we weren't helped. Quite the opposite... endless tests, no diagnosis. No plausible solution to help our dog was offered. The prices were simply mentioned repeatedly during the examination. Surely, the dog could have been helped sooner, but this is pure human error, with no desire to genuinely help the animal. One gets the feeling that the clinic is operating with a profit-driven approach.

They didn't hesitate to help. They are super friendly and more than competent. Great team. Thank you so much! 🌺

Why are limbs always amputated when other solutions exist? What is the real priority here? That's what I'm wondering.

We are disappointed ☹️ The first time, they misdiagnosed a lung problem. We went to two other clinics, and the doctors unanimously said it was a heart problem! The second time we came, the problem was with a spikelet in the paw. The doctor said it could only be removed under general anesthesia, despite the fact that the dog is 11 years old and has a heart problem! When we asked about local anesthesia, he said it was impossible and wouldn't work! At another clinic, everything was done in 10 minutes of local anesthesia!

Fantastic team, outstanding work by Dr. med. vet. Schwede! Our dog had a very complicated fracture in her right front leg. Six months ago, she can walk perfectly again. Thank you so much!
