I am always impressed by the dedication with which Ms. Heimbüchel and her team treat their animals. Animal welfare is their top priority. Even with our not-so-easy Monty, Ms. Heimbüchel knows how to handle him. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Please keep up the great work! 👏
Excellent first contact. After bad experiences with previous veterinarians, we were delighted to meet Ms. Heimbüchel, our dog Lu, and ourselves. We felt comfortable with her; she gave us good advice, was empathetic and professional, and most importantly: the dog was her top priority.
