Excellent first contact. After bad experiences with previous veterinarians, we were delighted to meet Ms. Heimbüchel, our dog Lu, and ourselves. We felt comfortable with her; she gave us good advice, was empathetic and professional, and most importantly: the dog was her top priority.

When my "Luna" passed away after 17 years, I was glad to have been in such a loving practice. Great staff, and after a few weeks, I even received a handwritten card from her expressing my condolences...it's wonderful that there are still people like her...a great practice that I can confidently recommend.

Yesterday, this practice was listed as an emergency clinic, but despite multiple calls and a voicemail requesting a callback, I received no response. I then took my dog ​​to the second listed emergency clinic, but they were unable to perform an X-ray. They told me to take her back to my regular vet for another X-ray if she doesn't improve despite pain medication. I tried to get an appointment here today or tomorrow, but was refused and told to contact the vet on call. Speechless...
