I've always been satisfied before! This time, the diagnosis was disastrous, bordering on a complete rip-off. The veterinary assistants were very unfriendly. They wanted me to have major surgery, estimated at €500, including histology and everything. At the veterinary clinic, they only diagnosed warts that do NOT require surgery! I'm very disappointed and will never go back to this practice.
