Always nice and always friendly. My cat and I always felt very well treated. Unfortunately, my little Felix died yesterday.
The vet doesn't know anything about animals. I had my cat spayed and paid a lot of money for it, but when my cat came home, her eye was inflamed and she wasn't feeling well.
The receptionist and the assistants in the practice were very friendly and helpful, I commend them highly. Unfortunately, I had consistently bad experiences with the veterinarian. I felt that she disliked my dog because of his breed and was therefore regularly rude and snappy with me. I found her comments disrespectful and unprofessional. A veterinarian should treat animals neutrally and with care, regardless of breed. Although my dog's surgery went well, I would not go to this practice again.
What a wonderful vet! 🥰 She helped my Labrador so much on New Year's Day. She gave us excellent advice over the phone, but when that didn't work, we met at her practice. We felt very well cared for, and she was so kind to our anxious Bella. Huge praise to her; I don't think things would have turned out well without her help. Thank you! 💋💋💋💋
