Reviews
Dr. Daetz and his wife supported us through the last difficult time with our very old cat. It's a shame we didn't take her there from the beginning. The treatment and advice were excellent at all times. They are both very empathetic, easy to work with, and incredibly helpful. If we ever need another pet, this practice will be our first choice. We simply want to say thank you for allowing us to say goodbye to Findus at home. 💐🙏
Fantastic vet! Super helpful, friendly, empathetic, and simply wonderful. We've been taking our Border Collies and puppies there for years!
Very friendly team. The doctor was very personable.
Great veterinarians who always take their time and are friendly and helpful. We and Buddy feel well cared for there.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice. We arrived with an urgent issue without an appointment, which understandably meant expecting a wait. However, the staff's tone and overall communication were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. We were neither greeted nor included in the conversation, but completely ignored, even though there were opportunities for a brief exchange. Only after a considerable wait did we receive a brief, roundabout message suggesting we might be able to come back later. In a veterinary practice, especially when dealing with sick animals, one expects not only professional competence but also a minimum level of empathy, respect, and professional communication. Sadly, this was not the case here.
