Unfortunately, I didn't feel well cared for at this veterinary practice when my cat was acutely ill. Despite repeated vomiting and a clearly poor general condition, we were referred to the emergency clinic at 8 a.m., even though it was already around 10:30 a.m. when we called. At the veterinary hospital, it later turned out that he was severely dehydrated (due to vomiting eight times!), had a massive overactive thyroid, and was constipated, requiring inpatient treatment. The tooth that had previously been described as problematic was also easily treated there—surgery (costing around €1000-1200 as estimated here) wasn't necessary. It was simply tartar, which the veterinarian at the hospital was able to remove directly. Unfortunately, I also didn't feel I received empathetic support during a previous, very emotional situation involving the death of an older pet. Especially with older (my cat was 16!) or seriously ill animals, I would have appreciated more empathy, support, and a more respectful approach overall.

A huge thank you to Dr. Albrecht and her team! We feel our little dog with allergies is in excellent hands, and I just want to say a big THANK YOU! Dr. Albrecht and her team always take their time, are always empathetic, competent, and honest, explain everything to us, and do everything they can for the animals. You can really feel it. Thank you to the whole team!

A review simply to say a heartfelt thank you and to wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful veterinary practice to every two-legged and four-legged friend. We've been seeing Dr. Albrecht and her team on and off for several years now, and we've always been very satisfied. But the last situation really brought home to us what a valuable practice this is for us as pet owners and for our animal. Our nine-year-old Vizsla had a severe case of liver poisoning (likely due to road salt), and we were constantly worried. Dr. Albrecht and her team cared for him so attentively and lovingly – always with the animal's well-being in mind. Every treatment, every medication, every procedure, and every conversation was meaningful and accompanied by a great deal of empathy, as well as honest, balanced, and yet encouraging perspectives. The team simply took fantastic care of our dog – so professional and incredibly warm, including freshly made liverwurst sandwiches, which our Vizsla, of course, absolutely loved. But it wasn't just our four-legged friend who received such wonderful support; we, as owners, were also treated with such kindness and respect. This review can only begin to express how much good we've experienced at this practice over the past few weeks. Thank you so much for everything! We're on the right track with our dog (he's jumping, romping, and leaping like he's two again), and we owe that to Dr. Albrecht and her fantastic team.

I recently took my dog ​​to the small animal practice of Dr. Jeannette Simone Albrecht in Schwerin and I'm absolutely delighted! The entire team was highly competent and incredibly friendly, we were treated immediately, and my dog ​​was feeling much better very soon afterward. I was especially pleased that the veterinarian was also so happy about my dog's recovery. Highly recommended!
