Yesterday, I had an emergency call with Ms. Mortensen, and she provided excellent first aid. I'd adopted a Bolonka a month ago from a previous, neglectful situation, and we were out for a walk. Suddenly, he started wheezing and didn't stop for about five minutes (he was clearly frightened), so I decided to call the veterinary clinic. The vet asked me if he had swallowed something. I couldn't confirm it, but I couldn't rule it out either. I'm familiar with this "reverse sneezing" from a previous older dog of mine, but I hadn't experienced it lasting so long, and I'm very grateful for the initial help I received over the phone. I highly recommend that every dog ​​owner, whether their dog is breathing freely or not, look into this on YouTube. Thanks to liverwurst and Ms. Mortensen's calm and friendly manner, everything turned out alright yesterday. I went to the Schwerin Small Animal Clinic today for a follow-up appointment, and I just wanted to give them a huge compliment. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted very warmly. The practice is modern, and you immediately feel well cared for. I especially appreciated that they really took their time for us and, above all, for our cat Kalle, who is very anxious. The veterinarian was incredibly empathetic, explained everything clearly, and handled him calmly and lovingly. This gave me a great deal of peace of mind. I'm so glad I chose this practice and can absolutely recommend it. If we ever need anything again—even with our cat Kitti—we would definitely come back. Thank you so much for the wonderful care! 🐾

We brought our two cats to the vet because they were suffering from diarrhea. Both of them avoid human contact. Upon arrival, the practice immediately made a bright, modern, and welcoming impression. When we were called in and explained that our cats were very anxious, we were told that they would approach the situation patiently, and that's exactly what happened. I've never experienced such a wonderful, calm, and patient team. Everyone was incredibly kind to us and our pets, so they were much more relaxed by the end. The cat-friendly coordinator was especially great; she even managed to pet one of our cats at one point. We'd never managed that before. We also received incredibly good advice and information from the vet on site, and we felt completely at ease and confident about the further treatment. A fantastic practice with a truly wonderful team.
