Reviews
The practice is excellent. The nurses are incredibly friendly, and everything is done calmly, making it very relaxing for the animals. There's even a separate waiting area for dogs and cats. I'm happy to go there because I trust the doctors and nurses completely with my two little ones. I also think the prices are very reasonable.
The practice is always very accommodating. Both people and animals feel very well cared for. The entire team is very friendly.
I'm very satisfied with this veterinary practice. I take our dog Archie here. With an appointment, you can usually get in almost on time, unless there's an emergency at the practice. But that's perfectly fine. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The veterinarian is also available by phone for advice and assistance. I give it 5 stars. I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice.
Extremely unpleasant doctor. Repeatedly subjected an animal to body shaming, and always in an extremely derogatory manner. Instead of making a proper diagnosis, he asked what he should do, lectured me, and treated me dismissively. First and last visit to this "doctor." ______________________________ In response to your reply: As discussed on the phone, this is NOT about the diagnosis of obesity. It's about the tone in which it was addressed MULTIPLE times. "...I can't feel the bladder because of its layer of fat..." "...with that layer of fat, no wonder..." etc. So please don't attribute this colleague's behavior to "emotions"!
My dog was seen as an emergency case in the evening and had surgery here as well. The whole team is incredibly kind! The scar is healing very well (he lost an eye) and the costs were absolutely reasonable. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful care our Gizmo received! 🩷
