Experience report Unfortunately we now have to write a review about our former pregnant dog. At the beginning of labor, our dog showed signs of discomfort and we were concerned because the birth was not progressing as well as the first time. Due to our concerns, we contacted Ms. Erbslöh's practice. The nurse assured us that everything was fine and this was normal. We felt we were not being taken sufficiently seriously in this situation. The next day we noticed that our dog was secreting green fluid, which worried us even more. We called the practice again, but the nurse informed us that the doctor didn't have time and we didn't have to worry. This answer left us uncertain and increased our concerns about the well-being of our dog and puppies. We then went to another vet who was able to see us immediately. There the doctor determined that a puppy was wrong and that a cesarean section was urgently necessary. Unfortunately we lost two of four puppies as they were already dead when they were born. The doctor also explained to us that our dog's life was in danger because she was on the verge of pregnancy poisoning. In addition, we must note that our male dog, who was also examined by Ms. Erbslöh, was assessed as “healthy”. However, it later emerged that his teeth were in very poor condition, calling the previous diagnosis into question. Conclusion In summary, we were not satisfied with the care at Ms. Erbslöh's veterinary practice. The lack of seriousness in our concerns, the inadequate communication and the incorrect diagnosis regarding our male dog's teeth have severely affected our trust in the practice. We encourage other pet owners to seek a second opinion if they have serious concerns to ensure their animals receive the necessary and appropriate care.

My dog ​​had surgery yesterday in Rostock. She's not doing well. I called to ask if they could give her a painkiller injection because she won't swallow the pills. The vet's assistant told me at 9:30 this morning that there were no more appointments available today. This is an emergency, and they could have accommodated such a short procedure. And I can't get her wound treated on Friday because they're closed. They told me I should go to another vet. I can't imagine that's what the vet wanted. The wound treatment is now scheduled for Monday, two days too late. I'll see if I keep the appointment.

A very good veterinarian. Our little dog is in the best hands with her and feels very comfortable. She is very caring and treats our little one with great affection. Absolutely recommendable as a veterinarian. In an emergency, go there and be prepared to wait. Even without a receptionist, the practice runs perfectly, sometimes even better. Of course, it also depends on how you treat the dog, because that's how you get back. A friendly and polite demeanor from the customer ensures you receive the help you need.
