My dog ​​had surgery yesterday in Rostock. She's not doing well. I called to ask if they could give her a painkiller injection because she won't swallow the pills. The vet's assistant told me at 9:30 this morning that there were no more appointments available today. This is an emergency, and they could have accommodated such a short procedure. And I can't get her wound treated on Friday because they're closed. They told me I should go to another vet. I can't imagine that's what the vet wanted. The wound treatment is now scheduled for Monday, two days too late. I'll see if I keep the appointment.

Absolutely recommendable as a veterinarian. In an emergency, go there and be prepared to wait. Even without a receptionist, the practice runs perfectly, sometimes even better. Of course, it also depends on how you treat the dog, because that's how you get back. A friendly and polite demeanor from the customer ensures you receive the help you need.

In Neustadt-Glewe, you get quick help and can even get an appointment at short notice. They take their time and examine very thoroughly.
