I have only positive things to say. Even our two furry friends go to the practice willingly. We didn't have that anywhere else. The entire staff is incredibly friendly. They really take their time with their patients. Great team. Thank you so much!

Today marks six years since I had to help our beloved Nuggi ❤️‍🩹, my mother's dog, cross the Rainbow Bridge. (Five days later, my beloved mother passed away.) The heart and soul of this veterinarian touched me so deeply 🙏 Nuggi was one of her first patients, and Ms. Gerkens truly suffered with me. It broke my heart. Six years later, the tears still flow. It's not just a dog. It's a member of the family who's gone. And you stay with your pet UNTIL THE END!!! And having such empathetic, loving support makes it at least somewhat bearable. My heart will always be broken, but knowing I gave our Nuggi a peaceful, dignified farewell brings me peace. A wonderful veterinarian who deserves more than five stars. ❤️‍🩹

I have rarely experienced such a wonderful veterinarian! She is not only incredibly competent, but also honest, empathetic, and truly dedicated to her patients. You can tell in every moment how much the animals' well-being means to her. Appointments are scheduled to be as stress-free as possible for my dogs – and that is truly invaluable. I especially appreciate that she always takes her time, listens carefully, and takes concerns seriously. She explains everything clearly, answers every question, and always remains authentic. It's rare to meet someone who knows their strengths and limitations so clearly and handles them so responsibly. Her team is simply fantastic – friendly, competent, and just as passionate about their work. You feel completely at ease, understood, and in the best possible hands. A veterinarian you could only wish for – highly recommended! ❤️🐾

We visited this practice for the first time today, Sunday. Despite being on call for the weekend, she and her assistant were very friendly. She is highly competent, gives excellent advice, and is very empathetic. Thank you again!

Excellent professional expertise. Very empathetic, considerate, and thoughtful, especially during the difficult situation of saying goodbye to a beloved four-legged family member. The veterinary assistant is also incredibly reliable. We received genuine help here and will gladly return with our current young and healthy dog!
